When you think about the immense diversity of beer it seems incredible that nearly every brew on the planet is based on four basic ingredients – grain, water, yeast and hops. At Beer Exposed we celebrate this in every corner of the arena, so make sure you take the time to learn about the foundations of the world's favourite drink.
The key considerations when choosing a beer to accompany your meal is based on the merits of whether it cuts, complements or contrasts with your dish.
Using these techniques our catering partner the Good Eating Company has created a bespoke beer & food menu to be enjoyed in the Gallery Restaurant – providing yet further opportunities to savour great food with great beer to deliver a unique experience to your palate.
Your Beer Passport will be a unique record of your experience at the event. Not only will it guide you around the event, it will also provide you with tasting & aroma guides to help you fully explore beer's diversity. Space for notes will be provided, as well as information on the breweries you will be visiting and associated competitions.
You will have the opportunity to buy your favourite beers to take home with you and re-live the experience with friends – choose from two different options of take home on the day or, if you want more than you can carry, choose home delivery*.
